Manmade is a men's mental health support group providing a safe and non-judgmental space for men to openly discuss mental health struggles. We offer weekly support sessions and organise events to promote positive mental health. Our dedicated volunteers are passionate about helping men overcome societal pressures that force self-reliance and stoicism. We welcome anyone facing anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues to join us.
