Management Development International (MDI) is a unit of The Office of International Engagement (OIE). OIE's primary mission is to internationalize education programs; to promote research and training opportunities with the aim of strengthening mutual collaboration and understanding at the international level; to serve hundreds of international students and researchers from several countries; and to provide professional training through its MDI unit.
Management Development International (MDI) works in cooperation with all departments and schools within Illinois State. MDI Professional Development Programs are geared to provide participants the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in a challenging and continuously changing (global) environment.
