Manager Coaching

Manager Coaching is a specialized firm that provides individual coaching for managers and business leaders. We offer tailor-made individual coaching sessions to help our clients overcome key milestones in their professional and personal lives. We provide four individual coaching offerings: 1. Onboarding coaching 2. Leadership development 3. Resolution of managerial challenges 4. Career transition Each coaching program spans 6 months and includes 8 sessions lasting 1.5 hours each with a dedicated one-on-one coach, available in both in-person and remote formats. If needed, we offer sessions with two coaches, a practice known as polycoaching, as well as equicoaching sessions. - Polycoaching: An innovative approach that involves alternating sessions with a female and male coach within the same coaching program, enabling a balance of both feminine and masculine perspectives. - Equicoaching sessions: Coaching sessions assisted by horses, a practice that helps individuals acquire the appropriate managerial and leadership posture. It focuses on developing emotional intelligence through empathy and enhancing relational intelligence through effective communication. - Flexibility: Sessions can be conducted in French, English, or both languages. They can take place in person, remotely, or a combination of both. In-person sessions are available in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, or Avignon. - Our Coaches: Through the complementarity of their skills and experiences, our coaches guide clients in discovering their own potential and realizing their ambitions.
