Manal Foundation empowers youth from underserved communities through education, skilling, and career guidance, with a strong emphasis on increasing the participation of women in STEM and other non-traditional workspaces. We provide scholarships and continuous support to high academic achievers from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, including students without parents or those raised by single parents.
Our programs offer short-term skilling opportunities for individuals of all age groups, especially out-of-school youth, through hands-on vocational training in areas such as automobile repair, solar technology, tailoring, and laptop and photocopier repair. We also aspire to expand our training to include other in-demand technical trades such as refrigerator and air-conditioner repair, and more. By bridging educational and skill gaps, we equip young people with the tools to build meaningful and sustainable careers, regardless of their circumstances.
