Manara Dairy

Manara Dairy Products was founded in 1960 by Mr. Youssef Abou Ghneim. It started as a simple farm where he would distribute milk around the town on his bicycle up until when the factory was built and set to function. Ever since the factory started running, only natural fresh milk was being processed to deliver our products. We are constantly updating our equipments and skills yet maintaining flavor in order to meet our motto “traditional homemade taste via high technology.” Since we are using 100% natural ingredients in our products, we constantly get positive feedback from our customers. We have been recognized by the Chamber Of Commerce Industry and Agriculture of Zahle and Bekaa by earning the Golden classification. Moreover, we are currently aiming to earn the ISO 22000 certificate.
