Intuitive & Creative Transformation - An Experiential Approach to Leadership and Team Building The Healing Mandala Workshop - ‘Navigating Uncertainty’ - is a new immersive experience for personal and collective transformation, and designed for leaders and teams seeking deeper clarity, focus and innovation in uncertain times. In today’s complex and fast changing world, old ways of leading fall short. When logic and rational thought alone fails, we turn to what we intuitively feel is right. Our best decisions come from integrating logic with that deeper knowing. Navigating uncertainty requires wisdom, resilience and to extend the capacity to innovate and be creative. It is to look ahead, to see beyond the obvious and to come up with new ways. That is what this workshop is all about. Rooted in Jungian psychology and Eastern philosophy, the Mandala Painting Workshop guides participants through layers of painting - using flow and structure - meditative reflection and creative expression.
