We are young / young at heart, naive and passionate about education! We want it all: a profitable business, high earnings, great managers, good work life balance and a rewarding career. We may not achieve it but this is our goal, after all, it’s the journey that counts! We are on a mission. Our mission is threefold: 1. To ensure children can learn Mandarin happily, successfully, in the most cost -effective way possible. We are constantly striving to improve our programme, reduce our fees and ensure the kids are generally happy (we believe kids still need to work hard and overcome challenges, but they can approach it with a positive attitude). We believe that every child can learn Mandarin, we just need to know their learning style and play to their strengths and interests. 2. To bring back the joy of teaching for teachers. Let’s see… a. Leave paperwork to those who enjoy it b. Able to work close to home c. Earn good pay or be freelance d. Small class sizes so you can give more personalized attention, teach effectively and see your students improve e. Able to set your own work schedule f. An excellent programme that allows you to constantly upgrade your own teaching skills, be creative and experiment 3. To be kind to the planet. We only have earth, there is no Planet B. Let's not destroy our only home in the pursuit of more things. We are committed to do all we can to reduce our carbon footprint, reduce our reliance on fossil fuels and to be kinder to all beings on our planet. The most precious things in life cannot be bought and the good things that we cultivate together as a society are the most priceless of all.
