MANDATRIX

MANDATRIX is a European Authorized Representative specializing in general consumer products such as furniture, kitchen and tableware, clothes, shoes, stationery, hardware and many more. Because according to the GPSR - General Product Safety Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 which came into effect on December 13th, 2024, a Manufacturer who is not established in the UE, but who wants to sell its products in the UE, has to appoint an Authorized Representative that will perform certain tasks in order to ensure the safety of its products. If you are an EU manufacturer or importer, you are not required to appoint an Authorised Representative, however you may still hire MANDATRIX to perform specific administrative tasks.
