We complete exhaustive site analyses, we test financial viability and worthiness, we understand zoning permits and procedures, and we pay careful observance to environmental factors, and guide architectural design. We also monitor all phases of construction, and manage each property we have developed and put our name to. From individual parcels to large-scale malls, Mandevco develops and manages all phases of development. We remain committed to the tenants we secure.
