This kind of privately offered services were not found in the market although the Islamic financial services industry (IFSI) was growing at a noticed rate.
At that time, we believed that IFSI will own the future, hence, Islamic financial institutions (IFIs) would need outsourced support in to make their businesses Shari’a, compliant. Consequently, we bridged the gap, led the market, and set up in Kuwait the first 2 offices offering services including Shari’a advisory boards and Shari’a auditing, so we pioneered the market under two famous brand names: Bait Al Mashora Company for Shari’a Consultancy and Al Raya International Company for Consultancy and Training
