Founded by two Nyonya sisters from Malaysia, Maneknya, also known as Manek-Nyonya, who shared a passion for preserving and promoting their cultural heritage. Committed to upholding the legacy of Nyonya beading, the company has evolved and is now proudly based in Singapore & Malaysia. Manek is a unique bead embroidery art. Each piece is embroidered delicately with distinctive patterns, which grants the wearer a perfect complement to any elegant outfit, traditional or modern clothing. At Maneknya we are committed to preserving and promoting the traditional craft of beadwork and Peranakan culture through our art, shoes & other lifestyle products.
