Mike was a bonafide lover of The Everglades, hooked on fishing, and wore his Makau (Hawaiian fishhook) necklace like a badge of honor. Now, the journey continues with new owners, but still keeping it in the family. Together with a loyal staff, they're serving up more than just great food, they're crafting memories. Mike’s legacy lives on, from the food and ambiance to the Makau, and the iconic skull logo that made our cafe so recognizable across the world.
