A historic Berlin fashion brand, founded in 1839, revived in 2019. Taking a contemporary approach to formal fashion in the luxury segment, while paying tribute to a time when Berlin was one of the most important sites of fashion production in the world, with over 100,000 people working in an industry founded on the drive and innovation of mostly Jewish entrepreneurs such as Valentin Manheimer, at the turn of the last century known as the "Berlin King of Coats" from Paris to New York. Today, Manheimer Berlin once more produces coats. And suits, and shirts, and other items complementing a wardrobe for people who wear suits because they want to, not because a situation or dresscode forces them, and who know that fashion is not just something to consume, but a source of culture and identity.
