Manifest Development is a Salt Lake Valley-based real estate investment firm. We operate private equity real estate portfolios and produce unparalleled research and insights. Our funds invest primarily in residential real estate. Residential real estate is an extremely large, highly diffuse, and ultimately unsophisticated industry. We have developed proprietary mapping and statistical modeling tools in order to take advantage of this fact. We aim to provide market-beating returns for our investors by using these tools and the insights that they provide.
