Manifold Consulting is a new start up business offering an integrated consulting service to power plant asset operators and owners. Specific focus is on health and safety, work and asset management, commercial management, business reporting and ongoing governance. Manifold’s team of highly experienced and knowledgeable associates comprise a range of former long serving industry professionals with backgrounds in senior management, power station operations, health and safety, maintenance and project management, commercial analysis and decision making, business planning, new projects and much more. Manifold’s founding partners have in excess of 50 years combined UK and International experience working at all levels of management up to and including board executive. Our hard-won operations, business development project management and senior management capabilities have been garnered from a range of capital intensive, high hazard environments including coal and gas fired power plants, renewable installations and the oil and gas industry including offshore projects.
