Product manager who enjoys listening to my customer's problems, especially the implicit ones and I try to solve them by building software products that they can 'actually' use. In order to accomplish this, I focus on building teams with people who are passionate about solving problems. I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career in software engineering, quality assurance and product management. My professional experiences have taught me the following: I can successfully manage software portfolios ranging from $500K - $5M and to do this I learnt one has to 1) Listen to the customer's implicit/explicit needs and pain points 2) Identify individuals who want to solve problems and build a team with A-players 3) Know that instincts are good but drive your decisions using data 4) Explaining tech to business folks in terms of value it creates is very important 5) Quality should always be your first priority, else it causes customer abrasion In Essence John Ruskin's quote summarizes my style of Product Management "When we build, let us think that we build forever.
