Mansa Carbon is an international project developer and financier specializing in high-integrity carbon projects within the Voluntary Carbon Market. We collaborate with local partners to identify impactful projects that yield lasting environmental benefits alongside significant co-benefits. Our approach emphasizes strong community engagement, meticulous data collection, and rigorous ongoing monitoring. Our inaugural project, The Gua Teliman in Southern Mali, involves working closely with rural communities to introduce efficient cookstoves that significantly reduce carbon emissions and smoke. The environmental and health outcomes are substantial, with deforestation rates in project areas notably decreased, preserving the vital shea forest ecosystem.
