The MAN Shared Services Center is part of the MAN Group, a leading manufacturer of trucks and vans, buses, engines and transport solutions. We are one of the first Business Services Centres in Poznań. We’ve been operating on the market since 2006, overseeing processes in the fields of finance, accounting, purchasing, HR and IT for the production, service, and sales companies of the MAN group from 17 different countries. Our Services Center employs around 300 people working in Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Master Data, General Ledger, Reporting, HR & Payroll, Procurement and IT. Together, they use 11 different languages in their daily work, including German, English, Spanish, French and Turkish. Quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction are our goals. We operate in accordance with the “simplifying business” principle, constantly standardizing and optimizing processes to always be faster and more efficient. By using modern technologies, we were the first to implement robotization in the Poznań accounting market.
