Mantavya for Mental Health Foundation

At Mantavya, we focus on young people from marginalized communities within our community. We understand the unique challenges these young people face, often dealing with limited resources, social stigma, and a lack of access to mental health support. Through our programs, we equip them with the tools they need to navigate these challenges. We create a safe space where they can explore their emotions, develop self-awareness, and build healthy coping mechanisms. Our goal is to empower them to become resilient individuals who can thrive despite the obstacles they face.
