Mantivations is an organization dedicated to empowering the youth of today for a brighter tomorrow. Founded in 2020, Mantivations has helped place over 100+ students into graduate positions and has built a community for students and young professionals to connect and network. Our mission revolves around moulding the leaders of the future by supporting young people from low income and underrepresented backgrounds land their first graduate and internship roles. We work within local communities in the UK to foster mental well-being, provide financial aid and professional and personal development opportunities. We understand that the challenges faced by the younger generation are multifaceted and by investing into the personal and professional development of young individuals, we aim to build a stronger, healthier community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Mantivations helps companies build strong pipelines to secure high quality talent and build opportunities for young people post graduation. We also work to educate companies on the mental health issues young people face throughout their early career. This is to ensure workplaces are well informed and fully equipped to support young people entering the workforce. We connect young professionals and students, providing them with industry mentors and assisting them with interview preparation and CV and cover letter consultations!
