Welcome to the Manx Development Corporation (MDC). We are an exciting new company, fully operational since September 2021, and operating at arms-length from our sole Shareholder, the Isle of Man Treasury. We are here to make a long-term contribution to building great communities through enabling urban and brownfield regeneration and supporting the Isle of Man Government's Vision for a secure, vibrant and sustainable Island.
