Maple Farm offers an innovative approach to short- and long-term skilled nursing care in two warm and welcoming households on a 66-acre campus at 604 Oak Street in Akron, Pennsylvania. In 2009, when the property was acquired by Garden Spot Communities, it was fully modernized, with private rooms, private and semi-private baths, open country kitchens and other amenities.
