The company owns more than 10 properties situated mostly in Parel, Mumbai. Our portfolio includes a combination of Built-to-Suit properties (BTS) and Ready-to-Move in properties to meet the diverse needs of all our clients. Our rich experience allows us to provide the full gamut of real estate services, i.e., fully furnished offices with gardens, amenities and property maintenance services. Our oldest Multinational client has been with us for the last 35 years, since our company’s philosophy is to enter into long term Agreements of 30 years + with our clients.
