Employer on the Map --> Maployer Maployer is an innovative job platform designed to make all companies, regardless of size, visible to job seekers by displaying job vacancies at the company’s exact address. We believe in creating a level playing field for employers, whether they have large employer branding budgets or not. On Maployer, job vacancies from small local businesses are as easily found as those from large corporations, ensuring that all companies have the opportunity to attract top talent. The idea for Maployer came from a problem highlighted in a 2018-2019 study, which showed that many recent graduates from regions like North Brabant were moving to the Randstad for jobs. A key reason for this was their lack of awareness of the local job opportunities available in their own region. At Maployer, we want to change that by making every job in the country visible, directly at the location where the company operates. Our platform covers job vacancies at the MBO+, HBO and WO level in sectors such as IT, Finance, HR, and Technology. By focusing on precise geographic information, we help job seekers find opportunities near them, making it easier to balance work and personal life, or even choose eco-friendly commuting options like biking. For job seekers, the process is simple: browse the map, click on a job, and be taken directly to the employer's website. There’s no need to create a profile or upload a CV on Maployer—it's all about making the connection between companies and candidates as seamless as possible. By promoting fair visibility and ease of access, Maployer aims to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, helping both job seekers and businesses thrive, particularly in regions where employment opportunities may otherwise go unnoticed.
