Mapna Special Projects Construction & Development Co.(MD3) is an affiliated company to MAPNA Group. Having begun its activities in the field of special industrial and power plant projects and with the first overseas power plant project titled Raysut Project (Sultanate of Oman) in 1998 and Khark Power Plant in 1999, Mapna Special Projects Construction & Development Company (MD3) continued its activities by construction of Utility of South Pars Gas Refinery Phase I, Mobin Power and Steam Generation Plant, South Isfahan Gas Power Plant (the first BOT Power Plant in Iran) and Abadan Gas Power Plant projects. Finally, on August 31, 2005, the company was established under the registration number 254117 to begin its official activities as a subsidiary company of Mapna Group.
MD3 By having completed its projects successfully, such as Raysut Gas Turbine Power Plant Project, Khark Power Plant Project, Utility of South Pars Gas Refinery Phase I, Abadan Power Plant Project, Mobin Power and Steam Generation Plant Project, South Isfahan Gas Power Plant (The first BOT Project in Iran), Fajr II Power and Steam Generation Plant Project, Mobin Extension Power and Steam Project ,South Pars Centralized Power Plant Project ,South Pars Centralized Substation Project, Utility of South Pars Gas Refinery Phases 15 & 16, Genaveh Project (Establishment of a Combined Cycle Power Plant), Qeshm Power and Water Cogeneration Project, Damavand Power and Steam Generation Plant Project (Phase 1) nowadays the company is conducting Damavand Extension Project (Phase 2), Qeshm Combined Cycle Power Plant, Bandar Abbas Plant (F Class), Mokran Power and Steam Generation Plant Project, Ramin Combined Cycle Power Plant (F Class) and Andimeshk Combined Cycle Power Plant (F Class).
