'Marathi Masala' is bringing authentic Indian food from the western regions of India to Charlotte, North Carolina. Established in 2018, we launched with a single food truck and quickly ventured into a brick and mortar restaurant. We have been listed on Yelp’s list of ‘Top 40 Best New Restaurants in Charlotte’ in 2019 and Charlotte Business Journal’s “Top 10 Best Food Trucks in Charlotte” in 2020.
We make authentic, traditional and healthy foods from the western regions of India. Our top priorities are delicious authentic food and 100% customer satisfaction. We prepare our food, as if we are cooking it for our own family! And, we make it carefully, with specially selected fresh ingredients and authentic spices from India.
Our team at Marathi Masala strives to live the verse ‘Atithi Devo Bhav’.(अतिथी देवो भव), which is a Sanskrit verse meaning ‘Treat Your Guests as God’. This is embodied in our culture at Marathi Masala and we go out of the way to ensure our customers are always happy.
