I possess broad knowledge, experience & skills in Life and Business Coaching and Counselling. CBT, NLP, SFBT, Mindfulness and other modalities are my tools of the trade. This is led by a focused skill set in Mindfulness integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Moreover, I am also well-versed in Myers-Briggs and Keirsey Temperament profiling.
Business Development skills have been developed through 10 years of practicing Commercial Law in the Netherlands.
