Carol Marchan is the founder of Marchan Group LLC, a career consulting, small business branding and coaching agency. Recognizing the need for representation in uncommon spaces and elevating the narrative of children of immigrants and first-generation college students, Marchan Group was a direct solution. The LLC was created to provide a safe space for underserved communities for growth and excellence. Its focus is rooted in branding and identity through the lens of entrepreneurship and career professionals.
