At Marches HR, we believe people come first, but policies and processes matter too. That’s why we support small businesses and charities (with up to 50 employees) who want to do the right thing by their people, without wading through jargon or breaking the bank.
Our HR Sorted membership is built with busy owners, directors and managers in mind. If you're spinning plates and HR keeps slipping down your to-do list, then this is for you. Expect legally up-to-date templates, plain-English how-to guides and process flows, quick video explainers, FAQs and regular webinars as a minimum. We have a range of optional extras you can choose from too - like HR software, payroll and additional expert advice.
Monthly membership fees start from £89 + VAT and we offer a 5% discount for charities and CICs, as giving something back is extremely important to us.
We’re not a call centre. We’re a small, friendly team based in Herefordshire, proud of our personal service and plain-speaking support. Our clients value warmth, simplicity and a personal touch; so do we.
