Marchesi Cavalletti è un Olio Extravergine d'Oliva di altissima qualità.
Le nostre olive provengono dal paese chiamato Monteleone Sabino, situato in provincia di Rieti, in alta Sabina. Il paese, di antiche origini, viene citato dal poeta Virgilio nella sua somma opera l'Eneide. Viene appunto definito "l'olivifera Mutuesca", riferendosi a Trebula Mutuesca, antico nome romano del paese che in parte fornisce l'ispirazione per il nostro brand.
La tradizione olivicola millenaria della zona e l'esperienza dei nostri agricoltori nativi del paese, unite alle moderne tecniche di raccolta, conservazione e imbottigliamento, conferiscono all'olio Marchesi Cavalletti un sapore eccezionale ed eclettico, adatto per ogni piatto e palato!
