I became certified as a Life and Transitions Coach from iPEC (The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) so that I could help women—who after so many years of running a home let their personal fulfillment take a back seat to the needs of their family—rediscover their sense of self and identity. As soon as I figured out how I was showing up in the world, my mindset and energy changed from victim to victor, I felt my energy shift. My philosophy is that you already have the answers, and by asking the right questions and carefully listening to what emerges, your core emotions and innate talents will be clear, constructing an achievable, rewarding path forward in the next phase of life. I can provide you with the time, encouragement, and room you need to connect with your own feelings, and allow you to sift through your emotional clutter to decompress your mind.
