I am an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Expert, drawing on 25 years of corporate experience across a variety of sectors, roles, and careers.
I've always been fascinated by how individuals evolve into leaders and teams realise their full potential, and I actively pursued assignments that not only allowed me to enhance my leadership skills but also provided opportunities to foster team growth.
In 2018, I decided to become a certified executive coach with ICF, shifting my career towards L&D. This marked the beginning of a journey that, through my last role as Learning Leader at GE Vernova, ultimately led to the establishment of my own practice.
