Marcom’s surface preparation capabilities and services include abrasive blasting, ultra-high pressure (UHP) hydro blasting, power tool cleaning, and heavy metal abatement. Marcom’s coating application capabilities and services include epoxies, urethanes, polysiloxanes, alkyds, zinc coatings, rapid cure single coat systems, and non-skid deck coatings. Additionally, Marcom is heavily involved with the Navy’s Research and Development into corrosion control as the chosen contractor for the US Naval Research Laboratories new technology coatings and surface prep methods. Marcom is also experienced in providing the Navy and other prime contractors with consulting services, including corrosion assessments, maintenance strategies and planning, specification writing or review, quality assurance support, and project management. Marcom is able to provide all of these services on a fixed price or a leased labor contract structure.
