We have a back ground on decades with engine design, engine building, ship building and ships technical management. Our high lighted activities are • Performance evaluations case by case, most often for engines with troubles. • Assistance / Supervision of Main Engine during Shop trials and Sea trials • Docking supervision of main engine overhauls, where we set up the engines to run dock to dock without troubles and overhauls and consequently off-hire. In advance of that we make a remote pre-docking evaluation. The outcome is a recommendation for overhauls with the relevant list of spares to be prepared. • Top to bottom overhaul of pneumatic control systems including spares to avoid start and running troubles. • Overhaul of cylinder lubricators. Complete dock to dock overhaul and check. • Upgrade of over sized cylinder lubricators. • Dock to dock overhaul of all ME components on electronic ME engines on site. It means that no parts must be send to a work shop. • Day to day main engine trouble shooting.
