MARDIVE - Association Science and Education for the Conservation of Marine Biodiversity

MARDIVE is a non-profit organization based in Portugal, committed to the advancement of science and education for the conservation of marine biodiversity. Our mission is to motivate and empower current and future generations to protect our oceans. We work on all fronts, from research to scientific communication, in partnership with schools, universities, government and research centers, sharing knowledge through innovative and unforgettable educational programs. We are scientists with extensive experience in marine monitoring, biodiversity surveys, conservation and marine protected areas. We are also science communicators and educators, with a long experience in educational projects, ocean literacy, always seeking innovation for impact, using new technologies to empower communities to protect our oceans.
