Research confirms that quality mentoring relationships have powerful positive effects on young people in a variety of personal, academic, and professional situations. It is important, not only because of the knowledge and skills students can learn from mentors, but also because mentoring provides professional socialization and personal support to facilitate success in graduate school and beyond. Unfortunately, in India, many students don't have access to any mentorship or guidance due to various reasons. We, at MargDarshan, thereby wish to build a network of mentors who have relevant experience to guide the students. In this way, mentors will benefit from the skills they gain by helping students and mentees will benefit from the clarity they get for their goals. We will help mentees throughout their ways in approaching problems, making crucial decisions and adapting to better methods. Our Mission:- Developing the mentor-mentee relationship to provide quality mentorship and personalised guidance to all students across India.
