Mari Amman

Mari Amman's art, installations, and designs revere beauty while inspiring geological empathy. Through artistic research, she collaborates with scientists, musicians, and architects for pubic art and scenography. Her work with Eros engages in relationships with Place, Memory, Body, auto-ethnography, and the ethics of human choices during technocratic times. The Asia Culture Center recognized the monolithic image and text, Omniscient, in the Imaging New Eurasia Exhibition in Gwangju, South Korea. She joins residencies in Trélex, Switzerland, Poetry in Paris, Kjerringøy Land Art and is a foundational artist for Art Farm Iowa. Recent include More Than Human for Arte Expuesto in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, MX, looking ahead to scheduled exhibitions and design projects in the Nordics, Asia, Americas, and EU.
