Mariah Kitchen is the first of its kind Pakistani Desi cuisine business, founded in 2017 as an online restaurant operated by Maria Masood and her Mother. They labeled their business as an Asian and Asian Fusion Cuisine, and later turned the company into a franchise, with the Red Noodle Bowl and white Color Brand Name on a Black Background as a logo being introduced in 2018 at a location in Karachi, Sindh. Its core product offerings based on menu type that is an À la carte (Ordering individual dishes from a menu), Static (Available all the time in open hours), Snacks, and Frozen Items. In an À la carte menu that is separately priced items from a menu offering dishes made with Beef meat specifically Shami Kabab, Nihari, Kachri Keema, Khara Masala Keema or with Chicken meat like Karahi, Qorma, Biryani, etc. The team of Chefs strives to serve our well-being people and prior customers with new flavors and healthy options.
