About Marina 21 Group
When in 2021 the investment group EMMA Capital signed acquisition contracts for its first three marinas in the Adriatic Sea (Novigrad, Trogir and Pula), it decided to name the newly emerging group Marina 21. The number in the group’s name not only commemorates the year when EMMA entered the sector, but it also memorializes its intention: to build a network of modern marinas in the Mediterranean region that provide services at the level that clients rightfully expect at the beginning of the 21st century. Since 2024, the group has completed the acquisition of Marina Korkyra in Vela Luka. This strategic move further strengthens the presence of the Marina 21 Group in the Adriatic and solidifies its position as one of the leading marina networks for nautical tourism in Croatia. Following the takeover, significant investments have been made in all marinas under the Marina 21 brand to modernize existing facilities, with the goal of enhancing service quality and ensuring a premium experience for our clients. The marinas of the Marina 21 Group do not only offer berths and premium facilities at attractive sailing and tourist destinations but also provide comprehensive care for every guest and their boats. Marina 21 Group includes Marina Nautica Novigrad, Marina Polesana Pula, Marina Trogir and Marina Korkyra (Vela Luka). We manage 1,129 sea berths, accommodating vessels up to 60 meters, and over 200 dry berths for boats up to 50 meters, with the use of 80, 100, and 600-ton travel lifts. In recent years, Marina Trogir has established itself as a leader in yacht servicing and repairs, and now the group is expanding this expertise to its other marinas. Last but not least, the MARINA 21 Group focuses on the environment. It is not only about creating a nice atmosphere for clients, but also about having environmentally friendly operations which preserve the long-term beauty and viability of the places where the individual marinas are located.
