Without any doubt we all agree that the maritime environment is a place of high risk which is surrounded by plenty of rules, regulations, conventions, requirements etc. It is observed by many different eyes, such as inspections and audits by third parties, PSC, Flag Administrations, Recognize Organizations. How about the idea of sharing our experiences? Does it help us to make the industry a safer place? If yes, we need all the help and knowledge we can get from our colleagues on board and at shore.
