Maritime Cyber Guild is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing cybersecurity within the maritime industry. Our mission is to enhance cyber resilience across shipping, port operations, and related sectors. At the Maritime Cyber Guild, we are passionate about securing the digital seas. Our mission is to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the maritime industry to protect vessels, ports, and maritime infrastructure from cyber threats. We believe that by working together, we can navigate the complex waters of cybersecurity and safeguard our maritime heritage. Our guild comprises seasoned professionals, cybersecurity enthusiasts, and maritime experts. From ship captains to ethical hackers, we come together to bridge the gap between maritime operations and cybersecurity. Our diverse backgrounds allow us to tackle challenges from different angles, ensuring comprehensive solutions. Our members come from all sectors of maritime and include: A.P.Møller - Maersk, Lloyd's Register, BIMCO, Royal Caribbean Group, Wärtsilä, TUI Cruises, NORMA Cyber, Danish Maritime Authority, and more! A broad palette of experience is an understatement! Membership is FREE for anyone with an interest in maritime cyber! We understand that everyone has different financial headroom, and we believe that money should not be an obstacle in sharing knowledge. Everyone contributes to the best of their abilities. The generosity of our members and their organizations have so far enabled us to host meetings at zero cost to the attendees. For any activities which have an external cost, these would be shared equally between attendees. There are no commercial interests associated with the meetup events. The purpose of the meetups is knowledge sharing!
