Mark D. Rucker is a keynote speaker, author, and attorney from Lexington, Kentucky.
Mark spent the majority of his adult life struggling with weight issues. As a result of his unhealthy lifestyle and weight, he suffered from high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and was borderline diabetic.
In February of 2011, at the age of 42, Mark weighed almost 400 pounds. It was then that he decided it was time to change his life. Mark has since lost over 130 pounds and has transformed himself from an overweight Couch Potato into an Ironman.
Mark’s 1st book, Unleash the Beast: A Journey to Rediscover the Greatness Within, chronicles his amazing transformation and life-changing journey. In his book he shares his 6 Building Blocks of Success that allowed him to transform his life and shows how anyone can use those same Building Blocks to transform any aspect of their life.
Mark lives in Lexington, Kentucky with his wife Annita, and their children, Mason and Abby.
