Our pronounced expertise in this area represents our unique selling point compared to our market competitors. We offer advice on the fulfilment of legal requirements as well as complete handling of processes and measures (or individual work packages thereof) and, if required, qualify our clients' employees for such tasks. We assist our clients in an advisory capacity, qualify our clients' employees and can take over the complete process (or individual work packages) for all tasks in this area. An excerpt of our services: 1. we provide the assessment of products in order to evaluate their approval requirement/approvability. 2. we prepare our clients for the initial assessment and all recurring audits and accompany a corresponding authority audit. 3. we support the approval of the products or take over the entire approval procedure. We support our customers in the matter of CoP (conformity of products/production), from the initial design of the processes, to the concrete CoP planning, to the implementation and evaluation of the CoP tests. We support our customers in fulfilling their obligation for market surveillance and can take over this completely (or partially) as a service. We support the preparation and implementation of recalls, and can also take over/coordinate these completely if desired - a neutral domain is available to us for this purpose. We can offer this from the moment of cause analysis, through internal and external communication, individual customer information to telephone support.
