Within these markets, specific submarkets are identified and strategies determined by property type and risk characteristics to proactively seek and deliver the most favorable current risk-adjusted returns. Given the cyclicality of the real estate and capital markets, our strategies may shift between Core, Core+, Value-Add, Opportunistic, Development, and Distressed.
