Mark Watson Architects Ltd specialise in residential architecture and design; from new build homes to residential refurbishments, residential extensions and multi-unit apartment schemes. Whilst we specialise in residential architecture, the practice has also undertaken a variety of office refurbishment and hospitality schemes We have completed numerous projects in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Wandsworth, Hammersmith & Fulham, Elmbridge, Lambeth, Croydon, Hounslow, Ealing, Kingston Upon Thames, Richmond Upon Thames, Merton, Sutton, Runnymede and Mole Valley and a variety of other projects further afield. The company offers a flexible approach to the scope of our client appointments and our fees. Our experience has led us to develop a four-part process which includes Feasibility & Concept Design, Developed Design & Planning, Technical Design & Tender and Onsite & Contract Administration. The content of the packages are based on the RIBA Plan of Work. Mark Watson Architects is based in Putney, South West London. Founded by RIBA Chartered Member Architect, Mark Watson BArch(Hons) Dip Arch ARB RIBA, in 2012 (incorporated in 2017)
