Founded in 2006, we have completed more than 800 projects in Europe and Australia since then. Nowadays our company's staff includes about 30 high-skilled specialists. Our architects and engineers attend the world's leading trade fairs (BAU, Expo Real), get experience in international architectural companies in the USA. We are one of the first companies in Belarus which have implemented BIM technologies in their process. It helps us to use current trends such as: • Increase the perception of design solutions due to three-dimensional modelling • Automatic resolution of collisions in the design of engineering networks The first official 3D printer in Belarus was introduced by our company. The group of specialists focuses on the process of 3D modelling. Today, our designers can prepare photographic-level materials with high quality detailing. In the middle of the 2000s, the tendency of the aging of the personnel in the construction industry was noted in Belarus. The long process of becoming an architect, engineer and designer, a decrease in the interest of young people to this specialties and outdated management methods questioned the competitiveness of the industry in the future. The limited resources and the low efficiency of large-scale government programs had led to the need for creating an organization on an entirely new platform to function in the field of the project business of the country. Now we use the knowledge and experience of experts from great soviet architectural and engineering school and energy of a new generation of architects, engineers and designers.
