Having originally relocated to California only five years ago, Mark Gong found fashion as a way to truly express his creative identity. It was during his time there that he embraced the outdoors and the natural beauty that surrounds his collections today, cultivating creativity, grace, and comfort. As a student at Parsons School of Design, he established his brand in 2015. From his unique perspective, Mark Gong molds an independent and unconventional woman and elevates her to a new level. Worn by the likes of Aimee Song and Nicky Hilton, MarkGong Studio has proven its place with the modern woman. As the youngest designer ever at New York Fashion Week, he has captured the attention of Vogue China, Elle, Fashionista, and more. Within just 3 years, he has managed to create four seasons of ready-to-wear collections, all while running multiple designs and marketing aspects of his growing business. Through the exploration of different cultures and styles from across the globe, Mark Gong desires to showcase local themes and ways of life through his distinguished design aesthetic.
