The practice was founded in 1963 as a partnership with offices in London and later Southampton. Associated offices have also been established in Dubai, Spain, and the Turks and Caicos Isles.
In 1990, the firm became incorporated as a limited company, and now operates as such, in common with many other professional practices. Its heard office was relocated to Bishops Stortford in 1992, from where the Directors and ten other technical and support staff now work.
