Marlow Navigation has been established as a seafarer recruiting agency here in Poland since 2002. Our offices in Gdynia and Szczecin recruit qualified and experienced Polish marine personnel to serve on board all types of vessels under our Group’s management. Company-wide, we maintain a close relationship with our crew, attentive to both their professional and personal needs, and stand ready to further enhance their careers with on-going training and development.
