Hi there! I’m Pam Marmon, best-selling author, professional speaker, entrepreneur and CEO of Marmon Consulting. I love change and I've built a career helping leaders and organizations transform. Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege to work with Fortune 500 clients across diverse industries such as aerospace, technology, bio tech, insurance, healthcare, nonprofit, engineering, manufacturing and more.
I am also the creator of the LESS® Change Management framework, designed to bring precision planning and execution to facilitate transformative change within companies. I believe that with the proper process, change is not hard. By doing LESS, you get more engagement, more buy-in, and more results. My passion is to help people ease the burden of transitions. I achieve this through facilitating change management training workshops and leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
My first book, “No One’s Listening and It’s Your Fault,” guides leaders to get their message heard during organizational transformations. In my second book, “Speak Up or Stay Stuck” I empower managers who feel like change is happening to them find their voice and make change their choice.
As an adventure seeker, when I am not in my home in Franklin, Tennessee, I am traveling the world with my husband and children, embracing the unknown wherever the road takes us.
